KVFCU offers many mobile payment options to make your shopping experiences easier.
You probably use your phone for just about everything – texting, gaming, shopping – but what about as a replacement for your wallet? Mobile payment apps such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay allow you to use your debit or credit card in stores and online without ever having to pick up a piece of plastic.
KVFCU now offers digital wallet services. Mobile Wallet options are extremely secure and convenient. People everywhere are using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay to make secure purchases with one tap of their device anywhere they’re accepted. No signatures. No PIN numbers. No fuss. After you've downloaded and installed the app you want to use, you can pay with just a tap of your phone, and you will be on your way without fumbling around in your wallet. Apple Pay
Add your KVFCU Check or Credit Card to the wallet icon preloaded to your iPhone. At merchants who have terminals set up to accept Apple Pay, all you need to do is tap your phone to the terminal and keep your finger on the Touch ID button. Members can use Apple Pay in-store and in-app with the latest versions of iPhones and iPads.
Samsung Pay
If it’s not already pre-installed, download the Samsung Pay app to your device. Follow the prompts and add your Check or Credit Card in the app. You will be prompted to either use your fingerprint or create a Samsung Pay PIN. Swipe up from your home screen and either enter your Samsung Pay PIN or tap your fingerprint to activate your Samsung Payment. Tap the card terminal and your transaction will be complete. If you have issues using your phone at a merchant, make sure the NFC setting on your phone is enabled.
Samsung Pay is available with the latest Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and Note products. The availability will vary by mobile network operator. The app will appear when you install the operating system update. The app is not available for download on unsupported devices.
Google Pay
If it’s not already pre-installed, download the Google Pay app to your device. Follow the prompts to add your KVFCU Check Card in the app. At merchants who have terminals set up to accept Google Pay, unlock your phone and hold it up to the card terminal when paying. The KVFCU Credit Card is not compatible with Google Pay.
Device models that don’t support Android Pay include: Elephone P9000, Evo 4G LTE
