BSA / Compliance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the KVFCU team.

We are hiring a BSA/Compliance Manager to work at our Augusta location. The BSA/Compliance Manager is a full-time salaried position reporting to the President/CEO.  The BSA/Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program.  In addition to BSA, the role of the BSA/Compliance Manager will be responsible for reviewing, documenting and evaluating compliance activities, delivering employee training on compliance matters, handling compliance-related complaints, performing audits and working with examiners. This position will coordinate with other credit union Management to identify potential compliance risks, implement procedures, draft policies and procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain the credit union’s adherence to all policies and procedures. 

 

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of five years of similar or related experience. 

Education: Associate’s degree in business management, Financial, or another related field. Or High school diploma or GED certificate and at least three years of experience in an audit or compliance position.
